Description: FishNature Inc. is a start-up business located in Pleasanton California. We are in search of either equity financing or a short term bridge loan of $115k to complete product assembly and go to manufacturing of our Smart Rod product for recreational and sports fisherman. With 29.9 million anglers in the United States fishing is a big business with $116 billion in economic output. Anglers in the USA alone spend 17 days on average per year fishing. FishNature is in the final assembly process of our Smart Fishing Rod prototype. Some of the features of the Smart Rod: • GPS provides location information as it relates to fish catches and COEC sampling • Finger print authentication doubles as a scroll bar for the 3x4 inch iPhone sized TFT screen • Ambient light is recorded • Dual Onboard cameras record the actual fish being caught • Via a Smartphone’s Bluetooth connection actual fish catching activities can be viewed live via various social media portals • 8 gigabyte onboard memory Features of the Smart Lure: • Releasable hinged hook allows for underwater catch and release aids in anti snagging • 2 low light underwater cameras facing fore and aft record fish movement near the lure • 3 sonar’s to gauge distance from bottom • Strain gauge weighs fish that has been hooked on line • Pressure/Temp sensor of water • Light sensor • Speaker picks up line vibrations • Programmable dive depth • Lure changes color to match database relative probability FishNature Inc. intends to use funds to complete final product assembly of Smart Rod and Smart Lure for final manufacturing and go-to market. Several partnerships with worldwide distributors and major retailers who are interested in distributing Smart Rod to small and large store chains are ongoing and await final product completion.
