A "Daemon" is a program that run continuously and exists for the purpose of handling periodic service requests that a computer system expects to receive. The daemon program forwards the request to other programs as appropriate. This feature is ideal for simultaneous, ultra high-speed, multi-user internet access. Our Company is developing numerous products and positioning itself to tap into the extensive entertainment, convention, small business, and other specialized venues looking to expand their reach. Our company's portfolio includes video streaming, on-demand audio and video, and numerous other download products. A start to this new business venture will be providing live Internet transmission of selected entertainment venues to interested consumers around the world. In addition to live transmission, on-demand delayed viewing is also available around the clock as the HDTV quality streaming video is digitally recorded and can be stored and recalled indefinitely. We offer artists and recording producers to test market new music and sell it without risk to get exposure. This fast-growing segment of the Internet business will allow consumers worldwide to access and view events not currently available to them. Imagine selling 50,000 consumers a special event for $20 each, that's $1,000,000. Initial Products and Services will include; First- (URL removed), an entertainment membership website, Second- Real-time, live entertainment venues, Third- Edited audio and video content obtained from pre-recorded entertainment and sports events featuring specific artists and sports figures. We have a Class-A Office Building to lease and/or purchase. It is equipped with a 20-pair fiber-optic cable bundle of which 6-pair are terminated and available for immediate use. Each pair has a OC-3 (155.52 Mbps) capacity, upgradable to OC-192 (10,000 Mbps). An OC-3 connection could handle more than 50,000 simultaneous users. The total capacity of the facility utilizing only 5 of the 10 pairs could easily handle over 1,000,000 simultaneous users. There are also 100 standard telephone lines and 2 T-1C (3.152 Mbps) connections. We have a turn-key opportunity, with the start-up funds, we basically "Turn the Lights on" and go to work. Our management team has 30 yrs. of Marketing, 20 yrs. of Executive-Level Corporate Management, and 25 yrs. of Engineering and Product Design Experience. To our knowledge, a service like POWER DAEMONS INC. does not currently exist in the Las Vegas area.
