We are an new Independent Power Provider of renewable energy(Micro power generation of renewable energy) and we are seeking to raise capital for 1 MW -6 MW of Solar PV projects in Southern California. We have setup a LLC for our Solar Fund and we are seeking to raise $6 Million - $36 Million for our fund for direct investment into solar power projects. Revenues are guaranteed from a long term power purchase agreements from an aggregate of projects, as well as state public utility incentives, federal incentives and RECs sales.
