Description: We acquire distressed residential property. This is usually via negotiated short sale in pre-foreclosure. We can also buy REO (bank owned). We then renovate/rehab as needed. Our exit strategy is to first sell, second lease-to-own, third buy and hold. We specialize in mortgage debt negotiation and have been doing it for 6 years now.
