Description:
IDS is a new start in March 2009, with almost $100,000 revenue after 6 months of true business activity. IDS provides drive-thru sound systems to quick service restaurants. We act as a project manager for new franchises and updating systems in existing stores, oversee all aspects of the project from the drawings to the grand opening. We have access to all the major manufacturers, so when a system needs a new headset, battery or other accessories, we provide those. If a system goes down, we have technicians available to first troubleshoot over the phone; if the problem cannot be solved, either the parts are sent to our repair house or we send a certified technician to the site.
