We are a startup in the lucrative parent/child motivational/mentoring/educational publishing and Internet arena. This is a 50MM large demographic/market. Our business and revenue model has been very enthusiastically embraced by several external advisors and even "celebrities" in many fields who have agreed to be involved.
CEO has an extensive history of turning startup companies into extremely profitable ventures that sell for multi-millions in only a few years. In fact, she comes personally endorsed by Tony Robbins and appeared in his Personal Power Infomercial (aired 1993-95).
Business model has multiple revenue streams, website is already well underway, and interviews for the book portion of business model have already begun.
We are currently seeking angel investors for a funding call of $500,000. The minimum investment is $25,000. There is a business plan with investment documents available. We are offering a limited number of investment/shareholder positions and have a 3 - 5 year exit strategy. Again, this project is in an industry with a 50MM large market and similar companies have sold for $20 - $100 MM in the same period of time.
