Description: Half Time Harvest currently grows medical marijuana at a private location and sells to dispensaries in the Denver Metro area. The purpose of our expansion is to open an Optional Premises Cultivation Location(OPCL). New state regulations defined in HB 1284, which came into effect July 1st, require all medical marijuana to be produced at an OPCL. Most of the current growing locations are projected to fail due to the requirements of the new law stating that all OPCLs must be located in industrial zoning. The industry is exploding, estimating as many as 150,000 new licensed patients this year and demand will increase. By starting a new OPCL that, from the begining, follows all new regulations and produces high quantities of medical marijuana the company will flourish. We will expand production from our current output of 60lb per year to 240lb per year, as well as expanding from 4 strains currently grown to 20 to fill the public's increasing demand for variety. By expanding to create an optional premesis for growing our own strains and selling directly to Medical Marijuana Centers, we predict growth of 217% the first year with sales of $570,000 netting $200,000 profit, and an additional growth of 58% the second year producing sales of $900,000, net profit $350,000.
