We are a modern upscale frozen yogurt shop with 18 different flavors and over 50 toppings. Customers can create their favorite combinations either in a cup, waffle bowl, or shake! A lease has been signed and machines have been ordered. We have put over 40,000 into the project thus far and plan to put in more. Our total cost to build out the location is much cheaper than the normal franchises, because we are an independent shop, and one of our owners is a licensed contractor and is doing the build outs, so where most yogurt shops are over $250,000 to start, our is just about $150,000. We are looking for someone who would like to help ramp us up quickly with more capital. We plan to apply for an sba loan with in the next few weeks. We have the capital to finish the build out of our first location, but plan to open a second very quickly and would like to save the cash we have for emergencies.
