We are a real estate investment company aiming to generate capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity appreciation for its owners and investors through the purchase and leverage of real estate investments.
We focus on two different investment strategies:
In the short term we buy fix and flips for immediate cash gains to pay investors and reinvest within the company. This entails buying and selling everything from single-family homes and 2-4 unit buildings throughout the Chicagoland area and the surrounding suburbs.
Longer-term, we buy distressed multi family buildings and failed condominium conversions and after rehab; rent out to several programs which we have a close affiliation with. This allows us to control our vacancies and keep almost all our buildings to 100% occupancy. Looking forward, the company leverages its growing experience, expertise, and investor reach to branch into commercial real estate, including office buildings, larger apartment complexes, and other more “exotic” real estate holdings.
The two methods mentioned above gives us the ability to continue long-term projects and a constant cash-flow. Furthermore, we are able to take advantage of both the buyers market and renters market and in turn make the company and its investors richer at a faster rate.
