Looking for a private investor to arrange financing for second mortgages on properties (20) at reasonable rates. Funds secured by real estate, and prefer balloon payment of interest and principal at the end of term, if possible. To keep investors money in play, payouts prior to term end (say upon sale of a property) will have the funds assigned to other properties in the portfolio, so funds continue to earn investor funds. Prefer funds in the $25,000-$100,000 plus range. All documents will be drawn up by our lawyer, and registered against the subject properties with the land titles office by our lawyer.
