Description:
Seeking Funding for a $2.5 Billion Architectural Photography Website
Dunrow’s will use the Internet to showcase the world’s largest collection of architectural photographs. Think “Google” for architecture; a keyword searchable Architectural Digest magazine containing 750,000 pictures of the best and latest images of architecture, interior design and landscape design from around the world.
We will sell subscription access to the 2.9 million design and building professionals around the world, creating a mainstay of the industry. A survey of building professionals showed an 85% desire to subscribe, valuing the company at $2.5 billion.
The investment in Dunrows will proceed in three phases: $20,000 Seed, $150,000 Start-up, and $1-M First Stage Funding. The business plan consists of a 13 page summary, 24 month Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Projections, and is backed up by 7 binders of supporting documents.
I have been a licensed architect and general contractor and have worked for three Internet start-ups, one being a subscription service offered by a Fortune 500 company targeting the construction industry. I have legal, sales/marketing, IT, strategic planning, and European Operations advisors in place. I am now seeking funding.
