My company is a small real estate company which focuses on service and provision of acurate date. The company is located in Bay (URL removed)is, MS. My company consist of a part time office assistant, two sales agents, and myself, (Broker, Office Manager, Property Manager, Owner). I am in the process of adding a bookkeeper and will be adding a couple more agents. My agents work with resential homes, lots, & land. Since, hurricane Katrina, sales have been down, but have been picking up. I manage 7 comercial units, 4 townhouses, 24 homes, one vacation rental and one vacation rental under construction that I will manage. The area my company targets is south western Mississippi,the cities of Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Pass Christian, Diamondhead, Long Beach, and the counties of Hancock County, West Harrison County.
