This would be my first acquisition but not my first feat. I am looking for 20K to help purchase an already operating popular franchise that's been in business at it's current location for over 10yrs with earnings listing it in the top 100 in the nation within the franchise. The location would remain the same, the existing team would stay on-board, and the lease is good til 2018. This would be a turn key operation. The terms would be a complete payoff to include a 25% Return on Investment for a total of 25K in 15 months.
