Description: Looking for an Angel, who would love to be part of a wonderful and exciting adventure? Come be part of the family and help live my dream along the Rails to Trails. I am purchasing (currently living on property) a few historical commercial city lots and a historical railroad home, that is along the Rails to Trails route, that I would love to turn into a money making B & B. *woman owned small business* Continental Breakfast and Eco Friendly environment business. Will host a non-smoking establishment, and will add a smoking area outside. I would like small business start-up and restoration funding to restore and protect the home and preserve the history. I plan on Edwardian and Victorian theme on the interior. The house is livable and has all up to date utilities. The house is on the outskirts of town, very quiet with old growth and garden. All Angels will have discounted stays, once in business. We have the best hunting and fishing around. Take a break from work and the city and dig yourself an Eocene Fossil from our Stone Rose Fossil dig site. I will be offering fresh Smoked Salmon to our guests, during season. You can walk or ride your bike on the Rails to Trails route, which the people of Washington State voted to be a non-motorized trail. We do have a local airport, so you can fly in and we can pick you up. I will be keeping a portfolio of restoration project, until finished.
