I have a business plan for motorcycle/atv sales and service. There are only 2 dealers in a 60 mile (URL removed) one of those the owner is an absentee and it shows.I have a building right on the 4 lane highway. I have money to put into this as (URL removed) main focus will be pre-owned but there are a few franchises available in my area. I would like to model my business after (URL removed) The 2 dealers close to me hardly dabble with pre-owned, which could be my niche. That, combined with the fact that I will be present in the business and am a passionate motorcycle enthusiast will be a winning combination. Time and time again my fellow riding friends leave dealerships in the surrounding areas dissapointed because the staff was unknowledgeable. In one instance the staff member didn't even ride and had sold washers and dryers in his previous job! Motorcycling is a lifestyle just as hunting and golfing are.
