We are currently developing affordable housing in Rocky Mount NC. The system and processes we used are being tested and refined. The first two home should be completed within 3 weeks with a third ready in about 8-10 weeks. Following this proof of concept construction, we will be expanding to 150 - 300+ homes in next 12 months. Buyers are located and approved for credit in advance of construction. Profit per unit is lower than average but quantity and speed of construction will overcome ROI deficit per unit. Program will be expanding out of NC to KY and FL rapidly.
