We specialize in the acquisition and rehabilitation of undervalued real estate through foreclosures, REO's and other distressed ownerships. After the rehab, the properties are then offered as rental units or sold as lease options or owner financined. The cash flow is tax advantaged because of depreciation and lomg term capital gains treatment. We currently have 18 units under lease agreements or some form of owner financing contract.
