Boulder, Colorado, USA-based Boulderlamp, Inc., (BLI) recently acquired exclusive rights to manufacture and market state-of-the-art energy-saving lighting products as well as renewable and human power-based energy-harvesting products.
By focusing on its market-ready products and its key customers, BLI projects to reach $50 million in annual sales in four years, while improving the gross margin on sales and cash management, and working capital.
BLI is seeking $500,000 to implement its business plan. Additionally, BLI intends to secure $2,000,000 reserve capital during the next 12 months.
BLI’s current product line is based on two primary products, a) electronic lighting ballasts and luminaires, and b) inverters:
a) Electronic Lighting Ballast and Luminaire: Electronic lighting ballasts and luminaires for high-intensity gas discharge (HID) and fluorescent lamps, and light emitting diodes (LED) deliver sustainable and outstanding lighting while providing as much as 80% energy savings.
b) Energy-Harvesting Power Product: DC-DC converters and DC-AC inverters with built-in battery chargers are engineered to harvest maximum energy from solar and other renewable energy sources for providing electricity to homes and offices.
c) Solar LED Lantern: Solar LED lantern is a low cost yet advanced and multifunction lighting device. This product is specifically designed to replace kerosene lighting in millions of rural homes without electricity.
d) LED Bamboo Pendant: LED pendant luminaireis made of naturally grown bamboo. A mercury-free white LED provides glare-free vibrant beam of light while using 75% less energy than an incandescent bulb.
