Encore Payment Systems named Brian McNatt as Vice President of Finance, Robel Sebany as Vice President of Operations and Ben Sparks as Vice President of Sales.
McNatt joined Encore in October 2005 and currently oversees all accounting and finance related functions of the company, including, but not limited to, accounting and payroll, forecasting and budgeting, lease administration, collections and human resources.
Sebany joined Encore in June 2005 and currently oversees substantially all operational aspects of the company, including, but not limited to, customer service and technical support, underwriting, installation, customer retention and risk.
Sparks joined Encore in October 2005 and currently oversees all sales related areas of the company, including, but not limited to, team leader management and development, outside sales representatives, recruiting and training, internal sales teams and all telemarketing appointment setting confirmations.
