Description:
Hello. My name is Dustin Carroll, a 10 year Veteran of The United States Army. Many real world experiences as a firefighter both in the Army and as a federal civilian have prepared me for almost any unusual circumstance life presents. Having been successful in the first stage of my career I wish to take on another challenge in the form of entrepreneurship. For almost 2 years I have diligently researched the transportation sector in hopes to produce a successful business entity capable of sustaining the type of family atmosphere I think my wife and children deserve. Our small business, Carroll Transportation Systems LLC, is seeking $25k-$50k in early stage business funding to purchase equipment. Carroll Transportation Systems LLC is located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Our current annual gross estimate is $45-$50k in revenue. I have included some basic details below regarding the funding that we're looking for.
Carroll Transportation Systems LLC would prefer to receive funding from these types of sources:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
At this point in time, we fully intend to use the funds that we raise for the following purposes:
-Equipment Financing
-Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)
