Description: I founded NFS about 12 yrs ago (6-2008). I am 100% owner and I ran the company from my home for the first 10 years but at the end of 2017 I decided to take the business to the next level. In the previous 10 years operating, I achieved up to nearly $1M per year in revenue. The first year of growth driven operations (2018), I opened the new corporate headquarters, hired several agents and reached sales revenue of $3.7M (2018). Currently the company is on pace to end 2019 with about $5.5M to $6M in revenue. We grew a little too fast and need to adjust a few things to continue our drive forward. This opens up a opportunity for the right investor to partner with me and help achieve my goal of a $100M company value. I need an investor's capital infusion to upgrade our proprietary software, add additional accounting staff, add additional Freight Agents and Dispatchers and open several new offices. Depending on the amount of investment, we can open up to 3 new offices inside of 6 months and add upwards of 60 new Freight Agents (1099 employee / contractors). Each office costs no more than $100k to open and it takes between 3 to 6 months for those offices to pay back the initial investment and be profitable. Each office has the potential to do $300k to $600k in revenue per month initially and after 6 months, there is no limit to revenue potential. I am seeking a money motivated long term partner / investor to reach my goals. I prefer to work with a single investor but will consider multiple investors if the fit is right.
