I have the location already secured. It is a very busy automotive repair facility that has been in business for appx 15 years. The owner of the shop currently has the dealer license in place, plates, etc. He does not have the desire to run a sales dept. However, I have been in the business for 10 years in sales, management, and finance positions. The only expense that I need to cover is the purchase of 20 to 25 cars, shop expense on them. The rest is just marketing, advertising, and selling. My goal is to sell 10 to 12 cars with an average gross profit per unit of $1500 in the front end and $500 in the back end. Front end profit is the initial profit on the car. Back end is from warranty sales, profit on the finance reserve from the bank, and GAP insurance.
