Description: LiveFast™ Inc. sells and distributes a proprietary encapsulated performance supplement (LiveFast™) to the extreme sports marketplace. LiveFast™ is a premium performance supplement that was designed with the extreme athlete in mind. This product comes in capsule form to deliver only the essential ingredients to the body, leaving out all of the extras such as preservatives, artificial colors, and sugars. Furthermore, our combination of a b-vitamin complex, necessary electrolytes and amino acids makes LiveFast™ the best replacement to an energy drink on the market today. The product is available in an easy to swallow “00” clear capsule similar in size to your everyday multivitamin. The problem today is that mainstream energy drinks are not consistent with the needs of the athletes consuming them. They are loaded with preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, loads of sugar, excessive amounts of caffeine, and are normally in cans that are much too large. Athletes, especially those that are within the extreme sports community, often consume these drinks prior and during physical activities, or for a quick pick-me-up with disappointing results. Often, consumers of energy drinks find themselves “crashed” after a couple of hours, or shaky and nervous from too much caffeine. Ultimately, the consumer is not getting the performance they expected from these products. LiveFast™ Inc. provides the active individual a much healthier and effective solution to this problem. We have released our performance supplement, LiveFast™ to be taken prior and during physical activity. The beauty of this product is that is comes is capsule form and has high performance ingredients consistent with the demands of an athlete. LiveFast™ contains no preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or stabilizers. Capsules also allow for regulated dosage and customization per individual. Our b-vitamin, amino acid, and electrolyte formula provide for an unbeatable recipe. We plan on hitting the market hard and creating brand awareness. We have similar competition is other markets (i.e. runners, tri-athlete, etc.), and only one similar product in our exact market, Pump-X. We have differentiated ourselves from our competition by providing a better product, and capitalizing on several crucial mistakes that the competition has made. We focus heavily on educational-based marketing to place ourselves above our competition. Our primary stream of revenue will be that of distribution of the product. Our margins are fantastic, in upwards of 200%. The team of LiveFast™ thus far consists of business owner Anthony Nicola, and the various riders that have endorsed LiveFast™. Athletes include professional’s such as Steve Wagner(Pro Freestyle Motocross), Jerry Brandon(Pro Freestyle Watercraft), Elliot Vallejo(NFL offensive tackle, Oakland Raiders) and the list goes on. All of our athletes are unpaid endorsers of LiveFast™ and support is based on the fact that it performs!
