Description: I'm seeking $50,000 in funding for an automotive business opening on March 1 2011 in SE Kansas. The statistics show that in the last 10 years used car businesses in this region of Kansas average a 39% profit margin. I'm a strong believer in advertising so a major portion of the funding will be used for marketing expenses in order to build the business quickly. I've already sourced a floor-planning company to cover the cost of the inventory that I purchase. As well, I've also sourced a secondary lender who offers guaranteed financing for all the units that I sell. There will be 75-85 units on the lot at all times and I expect to sell 50-60 units a month. The company will be expanded to include 2 more larger locations opening before the end of 2011. In 2012 7 more locations will be added making a total of 10 locations opened within 2 years. As the saying goes "GO BIG OR GO HOME". I'm extremely driven make this company a profitable success.
