Endopure Unipessoal, LDA a Portuguese CBD based Pharmaceutical Company owned by TAL., Inc. a U.S. Corporation was recently awarded and approved for 5.0 Million Euros. The Project will be supported by an EU / Portugal 2020 government incentive of 60% (3 Million Euros) to build an INFARMED / FDA cGMP licensed facility to manufacture and process CBD for the purpose of extracting and isolating CBD to be used as an API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) as well as a DNA sequencing lab to develop customized CBD medicines to treat neurological indications as well as Chronic Pain and potentially some Cancers. In December 2016 we launched the Brand - 1PURE, (URL removed) a formulated CBD medicine containing ZERO THC to treat Epilepsy in Brazil where our product can only be obtained with a doctor's prescription and ANVISA ( Brazil's FDA) approval.
We are seeking to raise 1 million in equity and 1 million in debt which is required for the Portugal 2020 government incentive program. 40% coming from EndoPure with the remaining 60% provided by the government.
