Description: I've spent nearly the past decade working as a M and A advisor to middle market companies. The added benefits that I bring to the deal community are that I bring a unique perspective to the due diligence process and I help management teams focus their strategic growth planning initiatives to ensure proper market positioning. I invest in deals based on management teams less than industry/market focus. The more a management team is open and upfront about their specific vision and long term plans, the more excited I am to invest. I'm more open to working with teams who have sound advisors on their side rather than "winging" the decision making process. Even Elon Musk and Steve Jobs have/had trusted advisors! I'm currently invested in a few real estate projects across the country ranging from single family rental units to 250+ multi family units and even a couple of parcels in pre-development.
